Audience Response Technology
By utilizing easy-to-use wireless keypads, audience response systems (ARS) enable conference or meeting attendees to respond to questions, vote on candidates and prioritize lists of goals or action items. All questions and topics are presented to the audience via standard a PowerPoint slides. Attendees input their responses with the keypad, results are immediately displayed and the data is stored for future analysis.

The Value of Interactivity
Interactive meetings are shown to improve attendee attentiveness up to 88% and increase retention as much as 27%. Audience response systems are also perfect for meetings where assessment, decision-making or voting must be conducted quickly. ARS systems enable speakers, panels and presenters to tap into the collective intelligence of their audience and present group trends, opinions and demographics for further discussion.
