Excel Meetings and Events, a premier San Francisco-based meeting management and business-to-business event marketing company today announced they have been selected by the Church Extension Fund of Ann Arbor, Michigan to provide web-based event registration services for a series of state-wide workshops that will take place from October 16 -19. The Ministry Growth Through Planned Giving workshops are designed to guide and teach Michigan District Lutheran congregations about current and deferred charitable giving strategies and options. The workshops will take place in Saginaw, Grand Rapids, Lansing and Ann Arbor Michigan.
Excel Meetings and Events has deployed Cvent’s web-based registration system to enable congregations across the state of Michigan to register for the workshop in their area. Using the Cvent system, Excel Meetings and Events is providing online registration services and is handling all administration of the Cvent software including: design and setup of a micro website that includes registration forms and paths for various registration categories and rates, email and survey distribution, secure and automated payment processing via Verisign, and financial management and reconciliation reporting.
