Founded in 2001, Excel Meetings and Events is a San Francisco-based meeting management, event marketing and marketing consulting firm. We manage, market and produce conferences, sales meetings, customer events, incentive programs, and association meetings. We have produced meetings for groups ranging in size from 20 to over 1,000.

We are uniquely positioned to help our clients maximize learning, networking and relationship building by utilizing technologies that increase pre-conference and onsite interactivity. We are experienced at deploying wikis, social media sites, live video web casting, and audience response technologies that promote attendee interactivity. This interactivity helps build dynamic networks and communities of people often beginning in the weeks and months before a conference and helps sustain those relationships well past the closing keynote remarks.
